In our Engine Rebuilding operation. the ACF200 has enabled us to eliminate several independent single purpose machines freeing up floor space. At the same time our productivity and capabilities have been improved and increased significantly.  Machining operations including Boring, Decking, Surfacing, Sleeve Boring for LS1, Honda, Nissan Darton Sleeves and much more. The ACF 200  enable us to hold precise tolerances in blueprinting and Sleeving operations. The ball screw drives on the X and Z axis are variable speed enabling  a variety of surface finishes including very smooth surfaces for multi layered gasket applications. Automotive Marine Motorcycle Small engine and even Diesel applications are enabled with the generouse working range of the ACF 200.
